Easy Peptide

Calm, cognition, a difficult task

Selank publications

The rat hippocampus paper is the starting point. The patient report and the laboratory assays take the question in different directions.

Hippocampal BDNF

Intranasal Selank and BDNF expression in rat hippocampus supplies the molecular starting point. The clinical report in generalized anxiety disorder describes anxiety and tolerability outcomes in patients. Preserved cognition is the question that joins them here. The measured outcomes remain different.

Cortex and plasma experiments

The rat GABA-related gene-expression experiment, the human-plasma enzyme assay and the Selank–Semax serum comparison pursue different biological processes. The separate immune study in patients with anxiety-asthenic disorders makes the biological picture broader still.
